1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing this website or hiring Western Window Cleaning for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service & Guarantees We are committed to satisfaction. Our specific guarantees (including the "7-Day Rain Armor," "Sunlight Audit," and "White Sock Protocol") are subject to the terms listed on our website.

  • Rain Guarantee: Claims must be made within 7 days of service. We reserve the right to re-clean only the affected exterior glass.

  • Satisfaction: Any quality issues must be reported within 24 hours of service completion (or during the "Sunlight Audit" walkthrough).

3. Payments

  • Invoicing: Payment is due upon completion of the work and satisfactory inspection by the client.

  • Late Fees: Invoices unpaid after 30 days may be subject to a 5% late fee.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling We reserve time specifically for you.

  • We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

5. Liability & Insurance Western Window Cleaning is fully licensed, bonded, and insured.

  • Damages: While we take extreme care (including our "Scratch-Free Replacement Bond"), our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of damaged property caused directly by our negligence. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, such as scratched glass from construction debris or loose siding, unless explicitly noted.

  • Safety: For the safety of our technicians, we reserve the right to refuse service on windows that are inaccessible or deemed unsafe to reach.

6. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts serving Clackamas or Multnomah County.
