If you are slightly outside this zone please text us—we often make exceptions for larger jobs.

  • During our peak seasons (Spring Pollen Season and Pre-Holiday Autumn), our schedule fills up about 2–3 weeks in advance. The sooner you book a quote the sooner we can schedule you.

  • Yes. We make payment incredibly easy. Once the job is finished and you have approved the work, we will email or text you a secure digital invoice. You can pay instantly online using all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, or Bank Transfer. We also accept checks for commercial accounts.

  • Never. The price we quote is the price you pay. The only time a price might change is if the scope of work changes (e.g., you decide to add Gutter Cleaning while we are already on-site). If that happens, we will give you the new price before we touch the gutters. No surprises on the final bill.

  • Yes! Windows in the Pacific Northwest require maintenance. We offer a "Set & Forget" Maintenance Plan. If you sign up for bi-annual (2x/year) or quarterly (4x/year) cleaning, you receive a 10-15% discount on every visit.

  • We try to make this turn-key for you, but three small things help us do a better job:

    1. Unlock Gates: Ensure we can access all sides of the home.

    2. Clear Sills: Please remove knick-knacks, photos, or fragile items from interior window sills.

    3. Screens: If you have locking screen doors, please ensure they are unlocked so we can remove them for cleaning.

  • This is Oregon. If we canceled for rain, we'd never work! We clean in light to moderate rain because rain water is pure and does not dirty clean glass (dirt does). However, if there are high winds or severe storms that make ladder work unsafe, we will reschedule you immediately. Remember, every service comes with our 7-Day Rain Armor Guarantee—if rain ruins the shine within a week, we fix it for free.

  • For residential jobs, we connect to your exterior spig. Please ensure your outdoor water is turned on. For commercial jobs or sites without water access, we can bring our own tank buffer upon request

  • Yes. We operate 12 months a year. While many homeowners think window cleaning is only for Summer, cleaning your windows in Winter is actually vital to prevent mold growth on sills and hard water damage from winter storms. We only pause operations for snow, ice, or dangerous high winds.

  • We serve both. We handle residential homes (up to 3 stories) and commercial storefronts/low-rise buildings. For commercial clients, we offer customized monthly or bi-weekly route schedules to ensure your storefront always looks professional.

  • Yes. We build our business on trust. If you refer a neighbor, friend, or family member to us, we give you 25$ on your next clean, and we give your friend $25 off their first service. It’s a win-win. Just tell them to mention your name when booking.
